“MARIAAAA!!!” Rudolph cried at the sight of his wife.
Sadly, Maria couldn’t endure all the injuries she took from the last attack. Her body was covered with wounds as her blood poured out of them.
“MAMA!!!” Gwen sobbed. She tried to save her mother by using the Anahata. Unfortunately, the Anahata couldn't Fully Revive the Mother; all it does is mend the wounds, and nothing more.
“Why is she not healing!? WHY ISN’T SHE WAKING UP!? Gwen, try harder!” Rudolph’s depressing cries.
“I’m tryiiiing!!!.... It’s not working….” Gwen sobbed.
Rudolph hugged his wife’s body. Gwen also hugged her parents to mourn their loss.
Frenz, Mika, Virgo, and Russia were silent as they witnessed the depressing scene. They know that Maria is already gone and couldn't be saved anymor
The roar echoed inside the Chamber. Then, the Monster tucked its body and assumed a Defensive State.“It worked! The Skill is disrupted!” Mario shouted with a smile on his face.Mario and Orixa’s attack reduced the Harva Dryo’s HP to 75%.“Those attacks are powerful… and it only dealt 8% damage to the Monster?” Marco wondered.“I think it’s by default. The Monster’s HP can’t be deducted further if it reached the 75% mark - no matter how powerful the previous attacks were. It should proceed to the Healing Phase right away,” Hierre explained.Marco understood.“It’s preparing to rejuvenate now,” Billy uttered.“Get ready! A Flower will show up anytime now!” Orixa warned the Flower Destroyers. As expected
“Russia! LOOK OUT!” Hierre Shouted.A Zombified Dark Willow attacks Russia while she’s concentrating on aiming her Gun. The Piercing Vine hit Russia on the shoulder. The injury was not that bad, but it was enough to make her bleed and lose her grip on her Gun.“Sh*t!” Russia uttered as she covers her bleeding wound with his hand. The Northwest Flower is still blooming.Hurriedly, Russia tried to break free from the Enrooting Vines to get her Sniper Gun which flew away from her. But as she tried to move, she noticed that her wound is darkening. A maleficent aura is coming out from her wound. Slowly, she felt her arm becoming heavier and stiffer. Then, vines start to sprout from her wound.Russia screamed in pain as her body began to convulse. Her wounded arm is gradually transforming into vines.“It might be th
“You go get the rewards, I’ll go talk to Orixa,” Mika said. The other players went straight to the Shiny Tree that contains the loots for the Dungeon Completion. As said, Mika went to speak to the mourning Orixa. As she arrives, Mika comfortingly whispered to Orixa, “Orixa… hey… I know it’s very sad that…”“It’s my fault…” Orixa mumbled.“Orixa… it’s nobody’s fault,” Mika replied as she tried to, at least, cheer up Orixa. But Orixa didn’t respond this time. She’s just staring blankly in the air, while tears are still rolling from her eyes.Mika couldn’t think of anything more to comfort her friend. She just let her be.Later on, Frenz came to say something to Mika.&nb

The Little Boy charged at Billy. He banged Billy’s armor with his puny clenched hands. “Let her go! Let go of my Mama!” the boy cried while punching Billy repeatedly.Billy doesn’t know how to react. He just let the innocent child hit him; he didn’t retaliate. Then, the boy turned his attention to Mario, who was holding his father. “LET THEM GOOOO!!” the boy screamed while kicking Mario’s foot. The Players are still in a state of shock and disappointment. They don’t know how to react to the hysterical child.Slowly, and with a little hesitation, Mika stepped forward and approached the Little Boy. She patted the boy’s shoulder and whispered to him - trying to comfort the sobbing child, “Hey, Little Bud… We’re….”Just before Mika could finish her words, the boy swatted her hand
A day passed after the Dungeon Raid Players had returned to the settlement. They already fixed all the mess that was left by the Bird Hornets’ Invasion. The players that came back from the expedition were already able to rest completely. It is afternoon and the sun is about to set. Mika is inside her room. She’s examining and itemizing all the loot they collected from the Dungeon Raid the other day. She searched and brought out all the items that were inside the Utility Sack - checking all the precious rewards from their expedition. After a while of inventorizing all the loot, she noticed that the Earth Essence is still in there, which was originally Rudolph and his family’s share of the loot. “I forgot that it’s still here. But they were not here anymore. It’s better if we just use it than put it into waste,” Mika thought. She packed all the items inside the Sack again and pre
Mika opened up the Notification that suddenly appeared. “It’s a Special Event!” Mika exclaimed as soon as she saw the Notification. “Yellow… It’s just the Countdown Warning, right? How much time do we have before it starts?” Arii asked. Tommy can sense the tension in the room; he knows that something is wrong. He hid back inside the blanket again. “The countdown is unusually long! I mean… It's much longer than the previous one. We have more than an hour,” Mika replied to Arii. “We should go meet with others. By this time, I believe they had already seen the Notification. We need to talk with them.” Mika agreed and nodded her head. They were about to leave the Room. But before they exit, Arii spoke to the scared Tommy, “Hey, Tom-Tom. We need to go outside,” Arii whispered. “Whe…where are
“We’ve been scouting here for minutes but nothing’s happening yet!” Virgo uttered. “How long till the Event ends?” she asked Orixa.Orixa replied with a soft gloomy voice, “Almost two hours…”“Two hours!? That’s f*cking long! What kind of Event is this!?”Orixa didn’t respond. Virgo noticed Orixa’s gloomy aura, so she tried to ask what was wrong.“Tell me… is everything fine now, Orixa? You still look gloomy… is it about the family again?”Orixa is still silent. Then, she sat on the nearby tree root and started sobbing.Virgo walked and sat beside Orixa.“Hey… are you still not feeling good? We can go back to the camp if you want to.”“No, no… I want to stay here,
