“Are you okay, dearie?” Enzo's soft voice whispered. He approached her and caressed her face, which was a bit bruised.

“Leave me alone.” Georgina slaps his hand away from her face. “You told her to come intimidate me, right? I guess you're really happy now.” She sobbed.

“You really think that little of me.” Enzo squats and gazes at Georgina, who is still trying to gain composure.

“I wouldn't put it beneath you.” Georgina murmured. Enzo offers her a hand, and she takes it and gets up.

“What did you say to get her triggered like that?” Enzo enquired.

“She just came at me, before I could say a word, she was already throwing punches. I'm scared, Enzo, she only left because of you. I don't feel safe.” Georgina spurns.

Enzo caresses her hair to the back of her eye. “I will protect you.” He looks at Georgina intently while saying these words.

“How are you going to do that?” Georgina asked, she believed every word he said as his eyes looked honest, but a hint of doubt clouded her belief. Ant
