The room was in total shock. Not a single person was able to grasp what was happening. They all looked at each other dumbfounded, unable to believe the man's audacious proposal.

Earlier in the day, Victor was out and about with Megan in the garden. The two were busy strolling around, enjoying each other's company. Inside the house, people watched them from their windows, each keeping their opinion to themselves.

"He is really serious?" KO looked at the two outside while asking Nicholas, who was standing by her side.

"Well, he told me he is. But, I actually don't know what's going on inside his mind. He spent so much money on her already and..." Nicholas couldn't find the right words to express his concerns, especially considering that the other woman was also living in the same house with them. He worried that Megan might not have a chance at all.

"If she is a smart girl, then she would leave," KO expressed her thoughts, stating what she would do if she realized she was being used.
