Chapter 44

The journey was going on smoothly. The horses raced one another in a lovely display of sports and particularly, racing. By all accounts, they looked like they enjoyed the exercise.

The master's horse halted as they passed through a town.

"We will stay here for the night." The master called out.

"We do not have any ally here, master. Why do you seek refuge among strangers?" The commander whispered to the master.

"We may not have an official ally from this town, but I have a favour owed to me. I'm yet to be repaid." The master kicked his horse in the direction he wanted.

The soldiers, commander and Doctor Haishi followed suit. They rode for about an hour more before they stopped at the gate of the town.

"Are you from the neighbouring town?" A guard shouted from the top of the gate. His uniform was slightly different. His gown was a darker shade of red compared to other guards. His helmet also had a special design.

"Not really. I am from Godlinkers High." Master Yonda replied.
