Chapter 66

Jay scoffed. He was finding that hard to believe. There are too many cases of Kakashi being inconsiderate for him to consider him as a true friend. He shrugged, “Maybe.”

Daichi narrowed his eyes, dragging them slowly across Tanya’s face. “Did you, do it? That is all we want to know.” He probed Jay

“I said I didn’t do it. Now you all are beginning to make me angry.” Jay’s eyes were darkening, his eyes blazed with fire and a fierce scowl.

Kakashi’s eyes widened like he had seen a dragon appear out of thin air; his jaw dropped. It wasn’t the display that got him so shocked, it was who conveyed it that made him astonished.

It was a few seconds it lasted but Jay could tell from the reaction of everyone, except Tanya, that he had done something. He didn’t know what it was, but he hoped it wasn’t going to implicate him. He ran off.

“No.” Zoa held back Kakashi who tried to go after him, “Let him be. He is not guilty.” She added.

“Well, at least we have helped him find his source now,” Daichi
