The emperor's eyes widened in surprise; a wide grin forming on their faces as they processed the unexpected release. It was a moment of pure joy and disbelief, a pleasant shock that filled them with excitement and wonder.

"Well, I knew what you were capable of but I didn't know you could still pull a trick like that," The emperor dusted his clothes as he left the cell. He looked at the wizard, "We are not friends, we are not enemies either, for now. We work to get his daughter, my niece, out of any danger she is in, and then we can go back to being foes." He clenched his jaws and walked past the wizard

"It is not easy for either of us to be around you and not remember what happened. I want to honestly let go, but it is not happening yet. Thank you for accepting to help me, I appreciate it.
