Two days later,

Victor was busy watching a movie in his living room. He was wearing a red robe and had his legs on the center table. He had been waiting for a call from Hank and hadn’t received any; he couldn’t wait to get his first project.

His cellphone started ringing loudly on the center table. He brought down his legs and picked up the phone. The caller was Hank, and he answered the call.

“Victor, I have a project for you; come down to the office as fast as you can,” Hank said.

"Okay, sir, I am on my way,” Victor replied as he ended the call.

“Yes!” He screamed at the top of his voice as he stood up quickly. He was happy that he had finally gotten the call from Hank that he had been expecting.

Victor arrived inside Hank’s office. He saw that a man was sitting in one of the chairs in front of Hank’s desk. He sat down in the empty chair.

“Great time, Victor; we have been waiting for you,” Hank said with a smile as he looked at Victor.

***Victor and Maxwell arrived in front of a large store where they sell all kinds of materials for flooring. Maxwell would have gone to Wood Floor Experts and tried to buy the material there, but he knew most of the materials they would need wouldn’t be available there. They came down from the car and went into the store. Maxwell didn’t plan on spending too much time inside, so he parked his car in front of the store. As they got in, they went straight to the front counter, where a lady that looked like she was in her early 30s was sitting. A desktop was in front of her.“How can I help you, gentlemen?" The lady asked in a soft tone.Maxwell told her what they needed to buy as he asked her to make a list of all the things that he would be mentioning to her. The lady started making a list.“You have those marbles that have a lifespan of at least 5 years, right?” Maxwell inquired."Yes, sir, we do,” she responded. Hearing that Victor was surprised and taken aback, he thought the marble

“He cheated the woman; his excuse was that he was making extra profit and that it was the only way to make extra money from the project; isn’t that supposed to be illegal?” Victor asked, staring at Spencer.“It is illegal; why collect money to buy good materials and end up with knockoff ones? It’s very wrong and illegal,” Spencer answered.“Exactly, and he doesn’t feel remorseful about what he did; he even shouted at me. From the looks of it, he considers it to be normal, and with the way he explained things to me, I am sure he is not the only flooring expert doing something like that; there are many of them that do stuff like that,” Victor stated.“That’s messed up,” Spencer muttered.“So, what are you going to do about it?” Spencer asked, raising an eyebrow. He could see how the issue was weighing on Victor and wondered if he was going to act by reporting it.“Nothing really; I don’t think I would do anything; I just want to finish with the project and go my way; hopefully my next p

Maxwell looked at it and saw that she sent $4,000; a bright smile crept onto his lips.“Thanks a lot, Miss; we really appreciate it,” Maxwell said. Victor had no idea what was going on or how much she sent, but he could tell that the money was a lot from the smile on Maxwell’s face.Maxwell and Victor both went over to where Maxwell parked his car as they got in. Maxwell had offered to give Victor a ride to wherever he wanted. All the workers that worked on the project with them had collected their money and gone away.Maxwell wore his seatbelt as he looked at Victor. “You saw how satisfied she looked? That’s the power of the job; even though she had no idea the type of materials we used, she was very happy with it, and it’s not like we bought bad materials; they are just a little less quality,” Maxwell said with a smile. Yes, I want you to work on the flooring of the down floor, and I want to use different materials for different rooms, but before that, do you have a clear idea of all the rooms and spaces yet?” Sancho asked, raising an eyebrow.“We don't, sir; we didn’t get any images of the ground floor, but we can take a look at it now, and then we can move forward from there,” John answered.“Alright

He was getting more pissed as he spoke to John.“And what do you know about ripping them off? Don’t you know this is the easiest way to make enough profit and get such a job? Or when you found out about this, didn’t you learn the concept? Look, I oversee this project; is either you support me or you get out of the project if you don’t like what I am doing?" John responded, getting pissed that Victor was challenging his authority.“I have had it with you; I want you to stop what you are doing and buy the proper materials for the job that we have been given, or else I will go and report what you are doing to the CEO,” Victor threatened. He was serious about reporting it, as he has had enough of the whole thing.“Hahaha!” John laughed out loud as he moved closer to Victor and gazed into his eyes.“Go and report it to the CEO, but i
