“Okay, I will get you a cellphone; give me a few minutes,” the nurse replied as she went out of the ward. She came back with a small cellphone, which she gave to Victor.

Victor remembers Spencer’s landline number off the top of his head. He dialed the number, hoping that Spencer would be in the office to answer the phone. After a few rings, Spencer answered the call.
