“Sir, I want to quit working here,” Spencer answered bluntly. Matt’s eyes opened wide. Spencer had thought about everything that Victor has been going through; he felt that everything that happened because Victor didn’t have anyone on his side that he could trust, plus he felt that everything was somehow connected to Hank and Wood Floor Experts. The word that Victor said—that he has bitten more than he can chew—was still ringing in his head, and to him, that meant that Victor went up against the wrong people. He knew that Victor Flooring Agency was after Hank’s agency and all the illegal things that they stood for.
