While Vincent was out cold, someone else is making waves. In the Central Academy, teachers and staffs are upgrading the Academy to accommodate students from all over the world, but another thing is happening and they’re not aware of it. Some council members are in the Council building and are now letting people in without anyone’s permission. Those people blend in with the construction workers that are entering the Academy.
