Chapter 143

The previous day, Mr Churchill was feeling greatly anxious and nervous such that he was biting his fingers in a a slight fit if panic and nervousness.

"Why haven't they called me back? Aren't they scared that I'll sell the company off to someone else?" He asked. But all he got in reply was a blank stare from the other person who was in his office, listening to him.

It was Philip.

Mr Churchill stood up from his chair out of impatience and paced around the office nervously. Philip sat with an aloof and puzzled expression on his face as he watched his father show evident signs of anxiety by muttering to himself continuously.

"I know that they need the company that's why I refused to agree to their demands and tried to push them into a corner but it doesn't seem like they are in a rush. Or could it be that they were truly just playing around and don't have any money to buy it?" He was biting his teeth and didn't notice Philip getting pissed.

"Calm down Dad!" He snapped.
