They all entered the car, Tony was the one that drove them to the building site where the phone was found. It was a bit closer to where Elena was found with a suicide note.

They called the person again and a young man showed up.

After exchanging pleasantries, he gave Irene the broken phone.

"I only managed to copy your number and it was the last that was on the dialed list and I called you with my number. I have no idea who the owner of the phone might be but I guess they might be looking for it" the young man explained.

"Thank you so much" Irene appreciated him and he left to continue his work.

She recognized the phone to be Elena's own.

The phone's screen has been cracked and some parts have been broken.

They told her to check the sent message and the inbox, maybe they might get clued in. They were already inside the car.

She opened the inbox to see the shockest message of her life.

"Did you think I begged the school to give you a scholarship to tell me you no longer have interest?
