Chapter Fifty Nine

Emily decided to find out a little bit more about what happened when she was gone. She tried to fix herself into the team.

“How do you know you are going to find him? You know he carried all the money you had and he ruined the company too,” Emily started.

Stephanie groaned, “I will find him somehow. I don't want to think about how hard it's going to be. I'm ready to put myself to the task of finding him.”

Stephanie suddenly became silent, but her eyes were filled with tears.

Enily noticed, and she acted concerned.

“Is everything okay now? You are staying silent and all of a sudden it's tears? No, what's the matter?” Emily uttered softly.

“It's nothing. I keep imagining that my life would have been better. I have seen the outcome of my choices. I got pregnant and my baby was gone,” Stephanie cried out.

Emily heard about it, but from the way Stephanie was acting, she judged that everything was great with her. She didn't need any sort of help from anyone.
