WHIT 234 - REKINDLED BOND
As Sinta raised her hand and was about to snap, Edgar’s sense screamed something wasn’t right. He instinctively put his hand and his sister’s shoulder and released drive on himself and also covered her. The drive around their heads suddenly exploded into flames and vapor. Edgar and Fabby felt tremendous pain in their heads. Their ears bled, and they couldn’t even scream. While Fabby also released drive and did her best to withstand the invisible pressure, Edgar leaned forward and smashed the ground with his lightning-covered fist, making a thunderous noise in the process. The pressure gripping their heads quickly subsided. “Using sound to drive out sound, you’re quite reckless, boy,” Sinta remarked and wanted to play with them further, but the poison she had dispersed was gathering back again. Not wanting to miss Yoyo’s trail, she hastily left. The siblings, despite how much hurt they were, had to pick themselves up and keep running. Stopping only meant they would perish. Zone E

In Zone J, a zone with muddy sliding grounds, Tenzai, Azar, and Liam defeated the three disciples of the Stealthy Claw sect and obtained a seven-star Blinding Blade skill.Neither Tenzai nor Liam were interested, so Azar took it. “This will integrate well with my fire skill. I should hide this from my sis, no matter what.”A female entered Liam’s vision. It was Gossini.“Guys, we’ve got company.” Liam warned them. “Should we go after her?”“No,” Tenzai said quickly.“Why? Fabby raised an earthen well just in time to block the opponents. They still managed to destroy the wall pretty quickly.“Flying Spear!” one of them threw a flaming spear, which came pretty fast. Edgar deflected it with his sword and felt his whole arm vibrating. He immediately became full-serious because these two guys were strong. “Get underground, sis! Fabby didn’t fall much far compared to her brother who fell outside the crater in Zone P. Fabby didn’t think it was her attack that caused all this. She was still inside the massive crater, so she had no idea how much land her attack had affected.Nevertheless, her whole arm was quaking greatly. It was an almost unbearable pain. It was worse than being electrocuted. She couldn’t even scream but just gritted her teeth as vibrations shook her arm. As seconds passed and she fell down toward the ground, the pain slowly subsided and allowed her to be able to move that arm again.Falling from hundreds of feet high would break her bones if not straightaway kill her. The masters, grandmasters, and elders were all watching with interest as there were quite many fights taking place in Zone A and Zone B.The one who was causing the most impact in Zone B was Rick Dichoso, an outer disciple from Ogvi Warriors.
