“Sis, it’s still not coming out,” said Edgar as he and his sister were walking through a long curving street with trees on either side.
“Don’t worry. It’ll come out sooner or later,” assured Fabby. “No one in history lost their core ability once they’ve attained it, you know, not that I know of.”
“Mm…” he could only nod, even though he knew that his sister’s knowledge was probably very limited.
Ever since he woke up from his months-long sleep, he was unable to bring out lightning for some reason. He didn’t know why, but no matter what he tried, it just didn’t come out. So he could only wait and hope that time would set things right.
