Isabella kept crying on Elijah's shoulder for some minutes before breaking the hug slowly.

“ Do you realize how long I called you?” Isabella raised her eyes to look into Elijah's eyes.

“ What if you didn't come right now? I would have gotten married against my wish. I hate you!” Isabella raised her fists and hit it in Elijah's chest.

He let her hit him for as long as she wanted because he was the one who was too busy to pick up her calls.

“ I apologise for not picking, but I am here now. I won't let any harm come to you again, I promise, “ Elijah assured and slowly wiped her tears before signalling for Hank to come get Isabella, which he did.

Weston stood shocked at the altar where he was. He couldn't move or run away, and when he looked among the congregation, he was unable to find David again. He has escaped for his life, leaving Weston to face Elijah alone.
