After he turned and asked the guard who was beside him, "What should we do now?" The ground below them started to shake like an earthquake, and Ozak immediately started to run to the nearest tree to where he was standing and hug its trunk. The guard who was running with him stood in his place and did nothing, then he yelled to him, "Take cover somewhere; it's dangerous to stand where you are." The guard looked at him with confused eyes, but at the end decided to listen to him and went also to the nearest tree and did the same.

Hello, my name is Aden. I extended my hand towards the woman in front of me, who was looking at me with wide eyes, like it was the first time she saw someone like me, even though, except for the way I am dressed, nothing about me is different, which could indicate I am from another world. The woman looked at me, still holding the two swords in her hands, and asked, "Who are you?" That was the answer I got. I said, "I just told you my name is Aden." I answered her while smiling, though I don't know what the reason for my smile, it just came naturally. Maybe I looked like a fool to her because the surprise was showing on her face while she was looking at me.

She looked at my extended hand to her, then she looked at my face again, then shook her head left and right, but her eyes stopped at her hands and the two swords she was holding, and I saw a change on her face, like surprise mixed with shock, appearing like she had no idea why she was holding two swords or that this was the first time she saw them because she kept turning them left and right and looking at them strangely. At least that is what I felt from her expressions at the moment. I had the urge to tell her, "Those are two unique short swords, can I see them?" but I held my tongue. I think she already thinks of me as that I am a fool, so there is no need to worsen her already poor impression of me.

While I was contemplating what to say or do and she was confused with who knows what, the another woman who was not that far from us and was just standing there approached us and came to stand beside me and said, "Hello, my name is Jennan. Can anyone tell me where we are?" When she said that, the other one stopped looking at her swords and looked at me straight; at the same time, the one who introduced herself looked at me also. I don't know why they were looking at me. "I don’t know either, I just found myself in a dense mist like fog, I was in a vehicle on the road, there was no forest near me even, then suddenly I was in this forest." I said that and gave them this long explanation that no one asked me just to prevent any more questioning or misunderstanding.

"So none of us knows where we are, is that it?" I said that and looked at both of them. Jennan is the one who spoke first and said, "I got an offer through my communicator for an experiment, and when I accepted it, I found myself in this forest, although I was in the middle of the city." So apparently I am not the only one that this strange phenomenon is happening to; the other one hesitated for a bit and finally said, "Hello, my name is Amun, I was getting out of a building, and as soon as I exited, I came out in this forest." Then she looked at Jennan and asked her, "Don't you know the people who gave you this offer?" Jennan shook her head and said, "It was a strange offer; there was no information or explanation included, and when I accepted the offer, I was expecting to receive an address or a meeting place, not to be thrown in a forest."

All that happened within a few minutes, there was nothing much to think about the question is what to do from now on the only thing I understood from this was I became certain that someone is behind all of this and planing something, someone who is capable of abducting me from my world and other people also from their home to what end though? I wouldn't get an answer by just thinking about it unless I got more clues. I suddenly heard the gunshots I was hearing earlier again, and now that it was much closer to our location than before, we all turned towards where the sound was coming from at the same time. There is no one with his right mind that will go towards someplace with gunfire; even the beasts run away from it, although the curiosity took over me to go and check what's going on. I hesitated and looked at the girls with me.

"What do you ladies think we should do?" I personally like to know what is going on" before anyone of them could say anything the earth started shaking below us, like an earthquake, the shaking was not serious but still we could feel it if we stood still we could lose our balance, yet that was not what I was worried about. Deep down I felt that this is not a normal earthquake, for no reason I felt like the earth will crack open and it is not safe to just stand there. Though we are not in a city or inside a house where something will fall over your head that makes you need to cover, still I felt that was the necessary thing to do, so I told the ladies "Let's look for a cover, everyone hide behind the nearest tree and hold on as best as you can". As I finished saying that, the quake started to increase, and each of us started running to the nearest tree, which was practically everywhere.
