Chapter 34: The Bloody Festival — Part 2.

G55 could be seen as he was struggling with the number of enemies coming after him and refused to get away from his current location. He stood at his place facing the enemies that were coming after him but his guns’ muzzles were heating up and needed to ice down.

Just at the moment he was losing some hope, 113 came to the rescue as he sets up a sentry torrent in front of G55 and all could be seen were bloodshed. Just at that moment, the opponents could be luckily falling into 113’s traps.

G55 went on to go change his weapon but unexpectedly to him and 113, Tiara rushed out behind the enemies’ line of defence and started her bombardment of both her cocktail throwing act and the use of a long range machine gun. This was a shock that a cute and a busty girl would be brave enough to come into the enemies’ lines from behind but annoyingly enough, she wasn’t alone as AE7 abandoned his sniper rifle and aided with his own auto rifle.

The four were truly ruthless against the Black Crooks' guys as they had no idea that they would get themselves surrounded and instead, was expecting them to be the hunters against the prey, which turned out correctly as they became the prey.

Jamie at the other hand was chilling at a table in a cafe and at the moment, enjoying the view of the noon sun. His phone rang with multiple notifications as many were requesting for some reinforcement which he paid no mind and sent more.

This went on for long minutes and the team noticed their ammunition running down and were slowly moving away from the red zone area and just at that moment, B. Bones and 3Es came to the scene. B. Bones seeing what was going on, suddenly turned to her and ordered, “do it 3E!!!!” and as she heard his order, she pulled out many gas and smoke grenades and had them all unpinned and threw it at the centre.

The gas and smoke got released and got the area really messed up, leaving the Black Crooks' men stranded as they were falling short in the shootout. B. Bones at the top of his voice screamed as he issues an order, “fall back! Fall back!!” and without any hesitation, the team fell back as they aimed at meeting at the centre of the school’s main building and the auditorium to have the students lives secured.

Just as 113 were heading to the location issued by Eugene as he was requesting for back up, unknowingly to the both, with their guard dropped, an enemy that was at the side line threw onto the both a cocktail, which on the late seconds, was noticed by G55, then got himself guarding 113 against the incoming danger and instead, the cocktail ignited on his body.

Taking up the grace given, 113 sharply stroke the enemy in contact with his machete that was in his possession and tried as much as possible to save G55 by scooping the soil with his hands and pouring it onto his body but with no much alert, they were actually being observed by a sniper who was residing in the school’s abandoned building, which happened to be the group’s, The Black Crooks’ vice leader, Herman Shalom.

An immigrant from the nation’s close enemy that are currently under a peace treaty by contract. He served as their sniper soldier and had a special training service in the winter times which aides him to be a legit expert sniper.

With his skills and expert knowledge on the choice of sniper rifles' attachments, after checking the winds direction, unfortunately for the duo, he was able to channel the bullet’s trajectory, pulled the trigger and in an instant, breaking through G55’s facial glass barrier and going straight to his right eye, causing some explicit damage. It was a great shock to 113 to see his partner getting sniped like a hunter’s favourite prey, the antelope.

Having chills in his feet and also being frozen from the feet upwards, he couldn’t move an inch of any of his body parts but still taking a breather, G55 could see the number of the enemies coming to his side, he pushed off his frozen partner, 113, to the right which could serve as another route to the spot which they all should meet.

Pulling out his PKM, he started releasing his barrage of bullets while screaming on top of his lungs, “head to the giving location now! Run for fuck sake, Michael!!!” Hearing his real name got him out from the trance and got him back to reality. He suddenly took to his feet while G55 kept on being stubborn in taking on the enemies and that was when the second sniper bullet was fired at him, which then got to his forehead through the broken cracks on his helmet, this time around, it was with the help of a guiding laser and at the moment of him losing consciousness, he hits the green button that was on his left thigh, close to his groin, thereby, setting off the bomb that was imbued in his suit and setting off an explosion that had most of the enemies that he was facing caught in it.

At that moment, Herman smiled, took out his phone and put to call his boss and gave him a news which seemed to him like a good one, saying, “boss, target 5, G55 has been eliminated.”

“Excellent move Herman Shalom, chase down the rest of those bastards.” Jamie complimented and also gave his order at the same moment. “Absolutely sir, I’ll be going then.” Herman responded as he cuts the call and in the middle, released a terrifying laughter while the affected batch that was released to chase G55 and 113 kept on with the chase against the survivor, 113.

At the other hand, 113 can be seen, running as fast as he could to catch up to the rest of the team, which he was successful on as they were already in position to fight back against the rest of the enemies. As he approached the lines, he panted like one who was under a heart attack and fell onto his knees in front of them all and screamed on top of his lungs, saying, “fuck!! We lost Gabriel! We lost G55!!” with that news, the rest of the team got frozen at that spot as they heard the news and there was a stuffed silence while screams of sorrow by 113 was topping over the silence.
