Chapter Eighty-Four: "The Marathon"

As soon as Andy realized that something exciting was happening inside his dungeon, he left it eagerly, his resolve to capture Ainspenser as swiftly as possible before the Bidyus returned firmly in place. This way, he could manipulate everything without the system being aware of it. He had offered nearly everything inside his dungeon to Gaige, all to make the situation more entertaining by having a lower-ranking purger challenge and possibly defeat a higher-ranking one.

As the current situation developed, the smile on his face grew wider and wider. The ring on his thumb glowed even brighter as he tightly gripped Ainspenser’s whip. He hadn't intended to completely turn the whip ash-colored, but when he realized that the whip wasn't actually in Ainspenser's grasp and was only tied to a sturdy pole, which was also a tool from Ainspenser's system, Andy couldn't contain his excitement and ended up breaking the whip.
