'A graveyard?, no definitely not, a battlefield perhaps?', the red sky, the smell of blood, disembodied body parts, half rotting corpses, and a distant shadow, the sight of the bodies instilled fear in Earl, and his stomach was just about pouring out its contents, he hyperventilated as he looked around surrounded by nothing but death.
