"Earl!!!! Remember to envision the blast emerging from the palm of your hand, make it as big as the first time!!!!!!" barked Leon as he walked around Earl.

"yes sir!!!" yelled Earl as he held out his hands and and began concentrating.

In an instant, a small explosion was set off, small white clouds kept emerging from Earl's palms in the form of smoke, and a few white particles were left in the air.

The explosion itself however, was only about the size of his palms.

"again!!!" yelled Leon, "y-yes sir!!!" yelled out Earl in response as the two continued their training routine.

"I told you Jake, try compressing and expanding air simultaneously, on both hands one after the other, it'll increase your reaction times.

Also, try compressing even more air, and don't forget to do it while holding your breath" said Art.
