Having won the award for the best festival in Helbrand 7 years in a row, I assume you all know how much the stakes on this festival rides.

You all, being the first year's, are in charge of the entire festival.

Your second years poured a lot of time and effort into helping you guys reach the stage you are now, so they're catching up with their studies in the meantime.

The third year's are busy with.... Official business.... So this year's festival us left to you guys.

So you'll plan all the events, stands, everything, the inclusion of fireworks, horror houses and the likes is all up to you..." said Mr Stevens.
