Flure’s POV: The colors I see in my eyes are strange. Spheres of various colors floated around, with cogs and rings shaping it into a watch-like structure. I could tell the time of people merely by gazing at the colors that everyone emits in this unique eye that I have. I've watched many people's time pass and disappear, just to be replaced by a door of a different hue and structure. I cursed my eyes because even if they could see the colors and the remaining time of everyone, it wasn't useful and only distracted me from the world. The doors of the dead, which come out of nowhere, have an eye-catching green and black radiance. Opening it leads to another world, the person's life etched on the door. My eyes aren't beneficial. It became the foundation of shame and dread I tried so hard to conceal it under my cheerful smile and quips. Whenever I see a clock on a person's haze that emanates a brilliant glow, I can sense the end of their time, revealing a stopwatch. I tried to catch it,
The paths that were remain unchanged, to the fate that holds the living. A goal that one pursues but doesn’t exist. The incarnation of a new God that creates an endless dream for all who adore thy fate. Thoughts that were unwilling to cooperate to a better place we called dreams of all. A desire that we pursue to keep one’s mind satisfied, to keep one’s sanity intact. The coming of a newborn, destroyer of the old recursion of fate. Habits that will all die, to the one that holds the future of all. Pre-written in the Codex of Sinaiticus, the coming of a God that shall destroy the world's creation and keep peace to all the humans that created the concept of happiness. The emotions of all human beings are bottled in a single container of lies created for the satisfaction of all, born as a man, a scattered soul all throughout the universe. Different reincarnations, different pasts, different lives. Same story, same friends, same sadness, same death. In a pre-destined world, they are creat
Different noise, different topics to pass the time. The combined idiocracy of having to talk with each other about themselves. The chattering sound of the students in one classroom talking about many things from their personal lives and sharing it with their friends alike, happily smiling with each other, laughing together.Students talk to each other as if they were friends a long time ago. They greeted and waved at each other with different handshakes. Changing their aura and the tone of their voice to fit into a circle of friends. Voicing out their likings to one another and smiling alongside trust of knowing the greatness of life.“Hey! Have you heard of that latest game that is so trending right now!?” A boy with blonde hair said as he happily talked with another boy in front of him.“What game? Ah! Are you referring to that game!? Moonlit Saga 2?” A boy came rushing from the entrance.“Yes, that one! You know it, Kira?”“Yes, yes! Of course, I know it! I’m a fan of it!” Akira sai

It’s like you place a person in a particular place, trapping them, then leave them. Although… I think that person who’s trapped right now is currently me.“Heh,” I smirked.I’ve been strolling around all day in this lifeless Domus. I walked and walked looking for a new room in this Domus with nothing but painted things that seemed utterly realistic. I’ve already seen a lot of things in this plain-looking Domus—this off-putting, colorless world. I feel liberated to be alone, although being alone for a long time is unfortunate. I don’t know how long it has been since I woke up in this place. I don’t even know how I ended up here. A rustling noise echoes in the distance. The sound of clanking from the metals hitting each other resounded through the thick and pain
I’ve looked around with the plate still in my hands. Eating this unusual yet delicious food. It was sweet and also tasty. Dunking it in the white liquid gives an exotic taste and a sense of relief. As I drank it, a slurping sound was made. It was delicious. The exquisite taste left me struck in finding the taste more. I continued to drank it until it refilled itself. “Hmm…” I stared for a long time at one of the library's shelves. Some text written on the book's side caught my attention. I wanted to know why it has the same title in every book inside this library. “A Tale Of You In Different Worlds: Book Of Life. Vol 859.” I raised my eyebrow, trying to understand what volume means. The book was covered with a blue leather engraved with unknown symbols in every corner. The author’s name was partially blurred with an unknown ethereal force. Even though the book has a lot of pages, it was actually too light to hold. I was amazed at how that kind of thing was possible. “Huff…”
‘We’re falling into the abyss of an endless loop of death. The only hope we had was to rely on ourselves. The entity that has taken our soul was inside this data or a volume of a book. Some of us could retaliate between countless attacks it had made towards us. They were able to prevail, but the other half of us had already wandered and embraced death.’ ‘We’re broken, beyond repair. We’re past the limit of our sanity that dreams and reality have mixed in our perception. My head was corroded with multiple pieces of information that told me it was my past self. That I was only a mere piece of data. But I rejected that I’m nothing but a version of my original. I want to live the way I want to be.’ ‘But it’s not allowed in this world. Someone was extracting our data from a book, taking our soul to feed on its ideals of life. An entity with the sole purpose of re-creating something with our information.’ ‘My other versions had devised a plan to defeat this entity that had taken our other
As I walked back to my room, I couldn’t help but get worried about something. I felt like I had forgotten something important. A thing in the corner that would make a fuss when I left for a long time. The chime of the clock echoes inside my head as I try to remember what I had forgotten. “Ah!” I slammed my head as hard as I could on the wall as I remembered what it was. I ran as fast as I could to return to my room. I’d forgotten that the voice in the corner was a feisty one. If I’ve never returned for a long time, it will start to harbor I’ll intentions. Oh. How I remembered the first time I’d secluded myself inside the kitchen. That was such the best time of my life. I’ve stuffed all the food I can eat in the kitchen that I forgot to return. I remember exercising for about half a month after suddenly gaining weight for what I’ve done. It constantly mocked that I’m a pig with a big belly. Of course, it was such an excruciating day that I’ve experienced. But right now, I don’t know
The chime of the clock resonates in my head. Remembering, creating a disturbance inside my head. It feels cold. I feel my soul shivering in the depths as I traversed the portal. I couldn’t see my body nor feel a dormant feeling. The cold had numbed everything within me. It feels… Lonely for some reason. This life is tainted with darkness. “Calm… your… mind…” I could hear a distant voice. “Will be… waiting… In the… promise… future… Ataru…” Ataru… Who was it? The name of someone who was called out in the void of light in this portal. A hint of gentleness in the tone they’ve produced. The sound of love and tenderness within the care of life. “Arcana…” ****** I woke up. It was a long and cold flight between my thoughts and the time when I would appear again. My body was numb from the shivering cold deep within my soul. It hurts. It hurts… It's suffocating, yet I’m alive. The sound of chiming bells resounded in the monochrome world of the portal. I looked around, but all I could see
