It has been at least two weeks since the incident. Due to the presence of Prince Abu Dhabi in the castle hotel, Daxon isn’t able to conduct a thorough investigation about what happened. However, silently he had ordered Lewis to find information from the kitchen especially now that he is aware that his tea was drugged.

Up to now, no sourceful information has come out.

There was someone in that kitchen that played a part and who knows, there could be two people involved in it. One from the kitchen department and one from the cleaning department. For those two weeks, he blocked Veronica from ever contacting him and his bodyguards did the same thing.

However, Daxon can’t say the same for Azura; they are working in the same office…a floor below each other but he cannot even get a word in. Azura has been evading him like a plague and because he has no memory of what happened between him and Veronica that night, he can’t even apologize.

There is a heavy space in his heart that holds doubt.
