Monte Carlo is so powerful in the underground world and in the real world. It is almost as if he made the law—not to follow or abide by it. When he decided to use Austin Limbert, the boy he molded in deceit to use for his own good—he didn’t think it would blow into proportions so easily.

He is the kind of man who likes to plan revenge for years and carefully, do little things that would amount to something worse later.
