Farholde is a town on the outskirts of Bludby City. It has less technology but isn’t really its own town. It still runs under the government of Bludby City. It is smaller and less dense. It has about 114,000 people living there.
Using the city’s underground train, he can get to the city in 3 - 4 minutes.
The thing is, Tanji has never been able to take the train. The city develops its technology and industry based on the power of a low level supernatural. Not a human. If he went on the train he could die from the speed and severe whiplash it causes. Now that he’s stronger, he can get on the train.
The train can go at speeds of up to 600mph. This means that he can get to the town of Farholde in as little as 3 minutes. There is still some safety procedures but there are minute numbers of them.
When he arrives, he sees about 300 people going into the school for the entrance exam. Tanji feels overwhelmed pressure but also the desire to pass. He feels like he needs to do this. After everything that’s happened, he needs to finally prove himself.
He walks through the large gate, plastered with the Red Wolf Logo of the school. Next to the lupine figure, reads “Farholde Combat Academy.” He instinctively smiles at the cool-looking logo then steps through the main door of the school. Crystal white walls cover 3 sides of the expansive room. A red carpet rushes across the massive room and glass covers the right side of his vision. Behind the glass, lays a reception with 3 people typing on computers. They all wear formal clothing with a golden wolf badge on their left chest.
He assumes he has to go to the register and he assumes correctly. He approaches a woman at the register and she doesn’t even acknowledge his presence. Tanji talks to get her attention “I’m here for the Entrance Exam.” She reacts by being a little startled but quickly calms and pushes up her glasses. She says “What?” Tanji says “I’m here for the Entrance Exam.” She replies “Oh of course! What’s your name?” He replies shakily “T-Tanji Bjornulfsson.” She begins to type on her computer with great speed. She sees and notices it is him then she raises her arm. She says “Out that door and on your left. You’re number 249.” He nods and replies with modesty. “Thank you.” He turns and goes on his way. As he opens the large, brown door, he sees a notification right in front of the door.
He then awkwardly stands in the middle of the door’s space, leaving the person at the office confused. “Probably nerves.” The woman at the reception remarks, trying to understand what he’s doing.

He is pleased with the rewards given but befuddled by the Intelligence. He can’t seem to figure out why he’s given Intelligence. He turns and sees someone at the reception looking at him. He hastily spins around and walks through the door into the next one. There he sees several seats and rows. He makes a hand gesture in realisation and thinks “Of course! A written test.” He goes up the large, black stairs to get to his own seat. Dark walls cover the theatre and a large tv is placed at the front of the room. Many are seated and some are left to come but the teacher isn’t there either. Tanji takes out his phone but he can’t turn it on. He looks at it and taps on it. He proceeds to try again but a crackling logo of the school is displayed. He mutters in surprise “They took control of our phones! I wonder why they didn’t ask for anything at the start.”
He puts his phone back in his bag and waits for further instruction.
After all the students are seated, a blur lands in front of the class. They stand and are in black battle uniform. They wear a glossy, white skull mask. Once they remove the mask, the students cheer in reaction to this.
Tanji shouts in his mind. “Lucien Bancroft!” He doesn’t react very positively to the man though. This is because he is a vampire. After the almost torturous pain he couldn’t talk about after blood injections, he hates vampires.
Lucien Bancroft raises his arms and says “Welcome to the Farholde Combat Academy Entrance Exam!!” Everyone cheers and cheers him on then they quickly calm as they see him beginning to talk once again. “First of all, I will go through everything I want to go through before the exams commence. If any of you don’t know me, I am a City Trooper of the Farholde District, Lucien Bancroft.
The first stage will contain three stages. The first stage will be a written test. 25 questions ranging from 1 - 4 marks. The second stage is a battle test. Everyone is given 5 battles. You’re looking for 3/5 and above to pass. The third stage, is a team capture the flag that consists of 6 teams of 3. Any strategies are free for use. Everyone stay seated and open the test laid on every one of your tables. May the exams begin!” He puts his mask back on. He ties it tight then blurs away. The carpets next to him blast away from the vehement outburst of wind. Many gasps can be heard across the room before another teacher reveals themselves from behind the black curtains. They are slim but everyone already feels like they are strong. They declare “No talking please! Talking from now on will cause an instant disqualification.” The slight chattering fades then silence engulfs the room.
Tanji takes out his black ink pen and stares down and his test pages. He says with confidence. “Let’s pass this exam!”
He opens the paper test and locks his eyes onto the first question. “How tall is the average Goliath.” He smirks at the question since he believes it’s easy. He might not be a supernatural but he has spent expansive volumes of time growing his knowledge on supernaturals. He answers the question with ease. “Goliaths’ height vary widely. The smallest of Goliaths can be 9 feet while the tallest can reach sizes of 100ft.” The next question is “What is one weakness that werewolves possess.” He answers quickly after reading the question. “Werewolves have a weakness to silver.” The third question is a little more developed. “Is it illegal for a vampire to take a human hostage for their blood?” He replies with his own opinion on the correct answer. “It is illegal for a human hostage to be used for their blood. However, a human citizen can be used for their human blood in whatever setting. For example, school, work
No movement is seen from both fighters. Both are playing it safe rather than risky. The first two names are displayed. The names are followed and monotonously read by the monitor. “Ivan Cole vs. Varvak Pirecrown.” Ivan is a slightly diluted werewolf that is around 6’0. He weighs about 80kg and is 10-11% body fat. This means he has a very muscular figure for someone of his age. Varvak is 5’10 and has a sleek build. His hair is pure white and his eyes are a dirty grey colour. He seems weak from underwhelming physique and the werewolf underestimates him because of this.Ivan chuckles patronisingly. He remarks “Your skinnier than the humans! How dare you try and fight me!” Varvak doesn’t say anything malicious back at him but just says “Let’s see if you’ll be saying that after the fight.” They then prepare themselves. Ivan’s eyes dimly glow with the werewolf’s standard golden colour while his fangs simultaneously protrude from his mouth. He reveals his hands to Varvak as

Some fights go on but eventually, Tanji’s time comes. From the monitor, a sound is played. “NEXT MATCH. TANJI BJORNULFSSON VS LIAM BARAEK!”Tanji exhales slowly and thinks “This is it. Time to prove myself!!”He stands onto the large, white ring. His opponent, Liam, steps up on the ring also. He is about his height and muscle. This time, a school teacher tells the fight to start “3.. 2.. 1.. FIGHT!”Liam smirks and says “I remember you. You’re the human from Balssop.” Tanji replies. “Well I don’t know you.”Liam laughs condescendingly and says “Of course not I didn’t go to the school! I just helped try to kill you.” Tanji clenches his fists
Alden has learned to combine both his wendigo and ghoul powers to form his very own True Fist. He mixes the ghoul fire and the wendigo power together to form a lethal attack. The speed of his fist is insane. It soars across the area right towards Tanji.*BANG*He lands the devastating punch right on Tanji’s locked up arm. He slides back from the impact but he seems relatively unaffected. He exhales slowly and Alden’s arm steams off.Tanji sighs of relief and mutters “Phew. I actually got through that.” Alden rushes right back at him and throws a kick. Tanji slides under the hit and uses his Claw Slash to slash right at his knee.He gets back up to his feet and Alden falls to one knee. Tanji takes advantage of this and zooms right across the arena. His qi clumps around his hand and forms the Power Fist. He lands the strike to his

The scene is tense. Baldur takes his step up to put both feet on the ground. Tanji is in a sticky situation. Nothing seems to stick. Nothing seems to work.He rushes back at Baldur and throws a punch. Baldur eats the hit and punches him away. He flies back and rolls away. He grasps his stomach and crumples up in pain. He stands and the pain slowly subsides. He formulates a strategy. “I need to use Qi Rush and Dire Leap to get by. If I use Claw Slash and Power Fist, I should be able to get through and dwindle his strength.”His Qi Rush overrides his body and he pulls out as much qi as possible. His veins pulsate and bulge. He spits blood and falls to one knee. He looks up and thinks “So much qi!” He slowly gets back up to both legs and the Qi Rush fades before he can even approach Baldur. He mutters in fury “Are you
