Chapter 131 - Speedy

Tanji, opposite the road, sees the two people approaching each other to begin the trade. Electricity crackles across his body and he begins using his Brownout skill. He speeds across the street and leaves and electric trail behind him, making him seem like a bright bullet. He snatches the black briefcase, leaping onto the closest roof with one jump. The two people, now enraged, chase him by also getting onto the same roof.

However, Tanji speeds across the red slate roof and then leaps, cracking one piece with his force. He lands on the opposite roof and begins his escape, showing much superior speed to the two traders.

After leaping onto two other roofs and solidifying his escape, the two people chasing him stop and don't follow him at all, letting him go. They pant and stop in their tracks, exhausted from the chase but a few seconds later, they regain the strength to part ways and leave.
