"We'll go to the Battle Stadium to register first," Jaguar pointed to a large white building. It looked like a modernized Roman Colosseum.

On the way to the stadium, William noticed that Denriku City was no different from any other metropolis. Even though almost all the people here were criminals, not a single crime had occurred. Strangely enough, at first glance, Denriku City seemed much more depressed than most of the cities up there.

"I thought this place would be more chaotic. But I was wrong, this place is much more orderly than I expected," William said. William said.

"This place is a haven for criminals. They do evil things out there, but not in here. The current mayor of Denriku is very strict with troublemakers. Anyone who dares to disturb the peace will be punished with death." Jaguar said.

"Isn't that too cruel? It's like killing him without judgment," Charlotte said.
