Chapter 64

Having given his advice, Rudolf left. He left William alone in the hotel lobby with some thoughts. He ordered a cup of coffee to refresh his mind, which was now like an unraveling tangle of threads.

He thought of a number of ways and possibilities to negotiate with Mr. Demiand. The only instruction was to treat Mr. Demiand as a merchant selling goods. Demiand as a merchant selling goods.
