Sharon looked at the excited crowd with wary eyes. They just get excited over every little thing. Even the town’s people gathered around the gate. Not only them, but Simon was also standing near the gate.

“Just ignore them. They must know that Jason is near.”

Boris felt a slight sense of guilt when he looked at the group of women and children waiting outside the city gate. They looked badly hurt, both mentally and physically. He could imagine the inhuman suffering they went through to become like this.

He didn’t think these so-called bandits would be a group of soldiers infiltrating their kingdom. A messenger from Simon brought him this terrible news.
