Still hiding behind the shrubs, Edgar looked around one more time before walking towards the laboratory. By this time, no one was around, he could easily gain access without any hindrance but Leonard was determined to stop him. ''What happened?'' Leonard asked. ''You don't remember that happened?'' the nurse asked. ''Just bits and pieces, that's all,'' he said. ''Well, that's not a surprise.
