Chapter 4: Leaving

Ethan woke up early the next day he was feeling refreshed after a good night's sleep yesterday he was too exhausted after his mana training but after a good sleep, he completely recovered. He did his morning routine and before joining his grandparents for breakfast he looked at his status.

Ethan was surprised to see his mana is increased by two points but after thinking about it he thought it make sense that his mana increased because of his training yesterday. He can feel his mana more clearly now after the training but if anyone else saw how Ethan's mana increased just by training for one day they would have thought they live their life for nothing because increasing mana without leveling up is almost impossible for other people.

After checking his status Ethan went to the kitchen where his grandmother was cooking breakfast for them after greeting them he waited for breakfast.

After eating breakfast Ethan helped his grandmother clean the plates and after cleaning the plates Ethan was ready to leave for his first adventure in the dark forest. He checked his backpack to make sure he didn't forget anything after he found everything was there he walked out of his room his grandparents were waiting for him outside to see him off.

When Ethan walked out his grandfather gave him something but when he saw what Ren gave him he was truly shocked because it was one of the rarest treasures on planet Mirmid. Ren gave Ethan a storage ring, Ethan knew his grandparents are not normal but giving him a storage ring like this he doesn't know what to think.

His shock was understandable because it's only been two hundred years since the people started to evolve on planet Mirmid so there are very few people who can create storage rings and other space-type artifacts when you clear a dungeon there is a chance that you will get a storage tye artifact but the possibility of getting a storage type artifacts is very low.

Those who can create storage types artifacts are very rare on planet Mirmid you just don't need an excellent blacksmith you also need a ruin master to create a space-type treasure.

After thinking about the storage ring Ethan couldn't help but think about their training ground he is sure that space magic was used in creating that training ground he wanted to ask where his grandfather get this storage ring but he knew that he is not going to get any answer so he stops thinking about it and just checked the storage ring details.

--) Storage Ring(uncommon grade) :-- A ring with a space of 5×5 cubic meters you can store anything in it as long as it is not alive.

There are seven grades for known tressure these grades are common grade, uncommon grade, rare grade, epic grade, legend grade, mythical grade and god grade.

Ren gave Ethan an uncommon grade ring although it looks like it's just an uncommon grade but storage-type artifacts are very rare so Ethan was surprised to see an uncommon grade ring instead of a common grade ring.

After coming out of his shock Ethan quickly thanked his grandfather and put a drop of his blood on the storage ring to link it with himself after doing this he put all of his baggage and other things inside the storage ring leaving behind only his sword after this he was ready to leave for the dark forest.

'' Be careful all the time inside the forest and eat your meals on time I have put some food inside the ring be sure to rest well and don't just train all day'' Amala said to Ethan with a serious tone and Ethan nodded without hesitation.

Ren also reminds him to be careful although there are not many high-level magic beasts in the outer zone of the dark forest, sometimes there is a chance that a high-level magic beast come to the outer zone so he should always be on alert.

After reassuring his grandparents that he will be careful Ethan left for the dark forest. He has to walk for around three hours to reach the dark forest Ren and Amala don't like to live with the crowd so their home is pretty far from any city or village, the nearest city to their home is mivo city which is also the nearest to the dark forest since many people come to dark forest for hunting magic beasts this city is the trade center of many things most of the people who hunt in dark forest sell there good's in this city.

Mivo city is not so big but you can get anything you want here because the main purpose for establishing this city was to make people comfortable who come to the dark forest to hunt magic beasts.

Ethan doesn't want to enter the dark forest through the mivo city because he wanted to hunt magic beasts alone and he doesn't know what will happen if he were to encounter other people during hunting so he is going the west side of the city to enter from another location it will take more time to reach dark forest by going to the west but he knows it will be good to enter from the west side rather than the city.

After walking for another two hours Ethan can finally see the outline of the forest when he finally reached the forest it was already noon Ethan didn't immediately enter the forest he first sat down in the shade of a tree to recover his stamina and eat something.

During eating Ethan thought about what he had to do, he have to become at least rank one this month and increase his strength for enrollment in the academy, get his first skill, and avoid a strong magic beast before getting his first skill.
