Save 09 – Hypocrite justice

The referee was talking about the terms of the duel, Ixion was listening to them since I didn't care.

I could hear the people in the stands booing me and wanting me to lose to see the next fight.

They really are the worst.

"Master, the referee finished dictating the legal rules, I will make sure to follow them, even if I don't want to in fact."

"You're an automaton who just wants to do harm."

"I hate the descendants of the new humanity, they are not worthy to carry the blood of their ancestors, that includes you.

"This little scrap is a..."

"Hey."

A voice suddenly sounded, it was my opponent.

"I suggest you give up, you are not my opponent to give my maximum effort to."

"... "

"This guy, you can tell he likes to talk."

"Very well, the duel can begin at any time. It's time to bring out my best weapon."

"Ixion! Give me my best weapon."

"Understood."

From the gigantic backpack, a hole opened from the top and ejected an object that came flying towards my right hand, obviously Ixion did the calculations so that it fell smoothly towards me.

"Let me show you my best weapon-"

Both me, my opponent and the audience made an OxO face at what we saw.

"...Ixion."

"Yes, master."

"What is this?"

"It's your best weapon."

"..."

"... "

"Are you fucking kidding me!!! It's a fucking pipe tube!!! What the hell is this doing here?"

"Don't you remember when we were opening up the underground to check if there was a possibility to extract the water and use it for toilets and other vital uses, you used Battler for that?"

"He used Battler's backpack to store them and never took them out."

"Fuck you, you fucker!!! You're laughing at me, aren't you, don't try to deny it, this is serious trouble and mockery on your part!!!"

While I was arguing with Ixion about why he's a lousy servant, my opponent spoke to me.

"You... You're making fun of me aren't you, you think this duel is kind of ridiculous don't you?"

This one annoyed, I can tell he's very angry, I would be too if I were him. But it's not my fault, sorry.

"Aghh, I can't take it anymore!!!"

He suddenly went racing towards me, showing his gun.

"I'll finish you off this instant!!!"

His strange axe swung it backwards to gather momentum and throw it towards my shoulder.

"Ahh, what a nuisance you too!!! I won't give in to a pedant like you!!!"

That said I took momentum from the ground and swung forward while also stretching my right arm towards my opponent.

"Huh? Why is it more ra-"

Then with a light punch, it was all over for my opponent.

I tried to do the same as my opponent, but I never expected this guy, Battler, to be faster and stronger.

The gap lasted only seconds and I moved my arm with low power so as to avoid heavy blows. But I never imagined it would be so easy to crush a mobile knight.

Then.

"Haha, hahaha. Hahahahahahaha."

I started laughing cynically while pointing at my defeated opponent.

"Hey, hey, hey, hey!!!! You were saying I was nothing and you wanted to fight the other guy, but look at you lying there like garbage hahahaha."

People were giving me dirty looks from the bleachers.

I didn't care, so I kept taunting the defeated guy.

"You were saying a lot of things and look at you now, this is karma, Yes! This is the work of justice for hypocrites like you!"

There was no response to my insult, I felt equally well but worried. Then Ixion spoke.

"Master, I'm detecting life signs, but it looks like the hatch is jammed and oxygen can't get in."

"That's very bad indeed."

Then using my hand I forced open the hatch on his back. Inside a man could be seen breathing heavily.

I said a few last words to him.

"Now who is he that should retire, little one."

With a pained and indignant look on his face I looked at the guy who had lost just getting started.

He referee stepped up and after ensuring the safety of the individual, proceeded to declare the winner.

"Victory goes to Bradford! Let's hear it!"

"Hey, you didn't mention my name like the others and you sounded really annoying at the end!"

As was obvious, it wasn't applause, with the exception of some small clapping that Irisdina did with a complicated smile.

I think I overdid it, I should avoid sounding pedantic in my next victory.

While they were taking the medical equipment to Chlust. Irisdina and Alicelotte made complicated smiles towards Rudel's victory.

"Alicelotte-san, I was pleased that Rudel-san won, but that last one was a bit too much don't you think... uh, Alicelotte-san, are you alright?"

Irisdina sounded worried to Alicelotte who was sweating dreadfully.

Inside her head she was thinking.

(W-What was that?)

(The opponent's armored unit wasn't just any unit and yet it was defeated in one hit!!!!)

(Not to mention that speed, in the blink of an eye he closed almost five meters as if he was just stretching his legs.)

(Bradford... Exactly who are you!?!?!?)

As Irisdina looked worriedly at Alicelotte, Rudel's next opponent arrived.

This time my opponent was more striking, his color was sapphire green with dark green joints. It was grotesque.

Everything was green with ridiculous decorations, he had a shield in his right hand in the shape of a diamond, his left hand held a firearm, his model was undoubtedly a Calico M950. It's a very specific name for someone normal like me, it's because it was the weapon that killed me the most in multiplayer shooter games.

Its head looked like a Persian helmet with feathers on its head, even the feathers were green. I think I'll throw up from watching it.

After the same dialogue from the referee, I got ready to fight when suddenly....

"Hey, don't think too much just because you beat that fool, I'm not like him."

... He talked trash to me.

His voice contrary to that of the other guy who had a very coarse raspy voice, this was a delicate voice almost like a woman.

But his tone was very annoying.

"Let me tell you, unlike him, I didn't underestimate you, but I also don't consider you someone worthy, that's why I'll finish you in an instant."

"This guy is also a conceited nuisance"-was what I thought as I gnashed my teeth and a vein was marked on my temple.

After having those thoughts, my opponent made a magic circle of the same color as his armored unit fly several meters into the sky, then he pointed his weapon at me and the next thing he did baffled me to the point that my brain shut down.

"Eat this!!! Flame Arrow!"

A bullet he fired, burst into flames forming a quick arrow.

Then it continued and my ears were embarrassed with each passing second.

"I'm not done here there's more!!! Hahhh!!!"

"Water Slicer!!!"

"Earth projectile!!!"

"Strike Air!!!"

One bullet turned into a water scythe, another bullet turned into a pointy rock, and the last one turned into a kind of wind pear.

They all impacted against Battler generating a cloud of dust.

Inside the cockpit was me...

"Stop please!!! No more!!!"

... Screaming in embarrassment.

"It's so embarrassing to hear you say that!!! You're five years old and you're playing superheroes with your friends acaso!!! My eardrums are crying just listening to you, stop it!!!"

Then I unintentionally let out a piercing scream.

The people in the stadium were shocked which caused Irisdina and Alicelotte to stand up restlessly from their seats.

"Rudel-san!!!" -Irisdina shouted.

Then after hearing that scream I stopped whimpering and propelled myself skyward, the response time was also scary.

It was only two seconds from the ground to a few meters above him.

"How did you get so fast up to-" shouted the surprised Frey.

Then with my two hands I swung the pipe and slammed it hard towards his head.

After a direct hit to his core, it was propelled to the ground like a basketball.

A large cloud of dust rose up and after landing very gracefully to the ground, I lifted him up and ripped off his chest part to let him out.

In front of me was an unconscious human. But still I had no mercy and said a few words to him.

"You are ridiculous!!! How can you think of shouting the name of your attack before shooting!!! You should do it after shooting!!!!! No, first of all, you shouldn't shout it out let alone say it!!! It's too embarrassing!!!"

A referee came running over to me to check on the guy's safety after seeing that he was safe and proceeded to declare me the winner.

"T-The winner is Bradford, applaud!!!"

Again no one applauded, not even the girls, I felt very sad in my heart.

Alicelotte watched with wide eyes the scene of Rudel's victory. It was certainly a very shocking scene for her.

Not once, but twice she finished off her opponent with a single move.

(My older brother told me about the strongest armed units, but this is something else, he doesn't even have a single scratch on him after taking several hits from magic bullets).

Irisdina spoke to the stunned Alicelotte.

"Alicelotte-san, are you feeling, does anything hurt?"

After being shaken for a few moments she came back to herself.

"I-I'm fine, more importantly, can you tell me why that thing is so strong?"

Irisdina shook her head in confusion.

"I'm sorry, it's the first time I've seen it, but without a doubt, Rudel-san is amazing isn't he?"

"Yes... it's amazing."

In her heart she thought.

(Maybe, he can win against him without any problem.)

I tried to leave the arena, but the ref told me not to, it seems that due to the second round draw he guy from the first round has no opponent, so we will immediately move on to my main event.

I was ready and focused for what was coming, I looked at my right hand, to be exact what I was holding.

Inside a tunnel, there was a horrible mobile gentleman walking towards me.

It had many modifications.

It was golden in color with its white joints, it had a slender body for a machine, both its arms, legs and chest had its familiar shield.

I felt envious as my family did not have one.

On his shoulders, two extra arms that curved back like a bulldozer.

On both front hands, as extras he wore weapons that were a sword and an axe. The face was the most disgusting thing, it was exactly like its owner in every way.

When we reached the designated place there was silence in the stands, the referee did not know what to do.

I turned my head to where the girls were and I could see Alicelotte clutching her chest tightly.

It was a very large chest, but it still pressed tightly to her heart, Irisdina took her hand to reassure her, it was a very touching scene.

"Hey, scumbag."

Without warning, the bastard this one spoke to me.

"I'm glad you didn't escape, I wanted to destroy you so badly that I couldn't even enjoy the girls I was with all this time."

He really is a human scumbag.

Without moving from where he stood, he pointed to the location of the girls and with a cynical and cheeky tone uttered the words that made my blood boil like never before in my life........

"She's a commoner, isn't she? She should be happy to be able to test the manhood of the next heir of the Kingsfort principality, hahaha, no doubt she'll be screaming for me to let her be the mother of my heir hahaha."

With those horrible words shouted at their maximum effort I noticed how Irisdina wanted to cry covering her mouth with her hands, Alicelotte was telling her something soothing it seems.

Ixion then notified me.

"Master, I detect that Miss Irisdina has elevated stress and fear levels, at this rate it can be very bad for her body."

After hearing that, several veins showed on my forehead.

"Master, I detect that her blood pressure is rising, I recommend relaxing."

"Shut up!!!"

Saying that, I moved the controls forward and propelled myself out grabbing the bastard and smashing him against the wall.

"You dirty bastard don't even think about saying anything else or I swear I'll kill you now!!!"

He ref came to me to point out that it's not time to start yet, he would punish me by losing if I did anything else.

Then I understood his plan, you fucking scum.

I gave him a deep look and headed back to my place.

Inside Klein's mobile knight this one was breathing heavily.

"Ha, ha, what the fuck was that?"

He checked his equipment and detected that he had a dent in both forearms of his extra arms.

The armored unit was a custom one by the name of Valper, christening your comrade in arms was normal in this world. Tailor-made to the owner's tastes, something like a dent should be impossible.

But Klein was...

"You fucking scumbag!!! I'll finish you off and then rape that bitch in front of those dead eyes of yours!!!"

... really pissed off.

He moved to his post and after looking at the referee this one gave the semifinals to start.

Erselica was in the stands watching, she had fallen asleep as she had exams pending until today so she fell asleep before the bouts started.

Thanks to Rudel's recent rumble, she woke up wondering what was going on and that's when she noticed Rudel pushed Klein against the wall.

After wiping the drool off she put her thoughts in order.

"Looks like we finally made it to this event." -She mumbled so no one would hear her.

"In this part of the game they took two routes, the first was to choose whether Chlust or Frey won, if they beat Rudel they would face Klein and the story would progress smoothly, but when that major event of their final year happens, they would not have been able to acquire the growth and special abilities they would have unlocked needing at that time thus being a game over."

"Instead, if they chose to lose to Rudel they would learn from their defeat and improve for the final battle. Then defeating the villain Rudel would have been a necessary experience."

"That's what was happening right now, shortly the tragedy for Klein will begin and he last actor will make an appearance to everyone's surprise. I can't wait to see it."

After the referee signaled the start of the duel, Rudel didn't move at all, instead Klein moved and used every second to hit his opponent with everything he had.

Sparks flew from the places their weapons touched, people shouted excitedly because they thought they were going to win their bets.

Klein shouted in a low voice for Rudel to hear.

"Rubbish, that's all you've got."

"You can't do anything in the face of my overwhelming strength, can you?"

"Take this and this, bow down to the fear of dying to the great me, hahaha!"

"When I'm done with you you'll be nothing but scrap metal."

"..."

Klein's attacks were strong and persistent without rest, that was because as an aristocrat he had great magic power so the armored unit can draw prana without problem to fight.

While Rudel inside felt nothing. He looked uninterestedly at his opponent laughing poorly at him.

"Is that all you have?" -I asked Ixion despondently.

"It looks like it is, I can detect that it's just different pieces put together without the slightest precaution, over time it will be destroyed by its own hand."

"I see, we should finish this quickly and deliciously, don't you think?"

"Keep me out of your strange things please."

Looking annoyed at Ixion I pressed a button on the controls.

Then from the outside of Battler's shoulders small submachine guns rose up.

Klein didn't pay attention, but the others did.

Then I slowly pressed a button and the machine guns blew the weapons out of his hands in pieces, only then did Klein pay attention to me.

With a macabre and antagonistic tone I spoke to him.

"Hey scumbag, you seem to have noticed that the game has just begun."

I then fired once more and blew off his extra left arm, then the right after a short interval.

I could hear Klein make a strange sound, but that motivated me even more. Then I grabbed him by the shoulders and lifted him up.

"Hey, what do you say we play dismemberment?"

After my terrifying statement, I moved my left hand and slowly, but gently ripped off his left leg in its entirety and threw it away.

I heard a scream from the bleachers, but I didn't care, then with my other arm I ripped his right arm off like a cracker.

I heard more screams, but they only motivated me more.

His free hand tried to hit me, but it wouldn't do anything, then holding him like a sandwich I stretched his body and his lower body came off.

I threw some encouraging words at him.

"Hey, hey, don't tell me this is all a state of the art machine with millions invested in it can do?"

"Hahaha, If it's that easy to defeat you maybe I can conquer the Archduke's territory and make it mine with no problem, don't you think?"

I know it sounds terrible, but humiliating this guy is the best thing that could happen to me, I want to wallow more in my own ego.

Then like a soccer, I played with his body making passes from my knee to another. I won't lie, it felt so fucking great I want to do it forever.

Then the bleachers rang in unison.

"What's wrong with you motherfucker!!!"

"At this rate I'm going to lose my investment!"

"Somebody disqualify that cheater!"

More and more terrible things were said by these guys, obviously they are those who bet against me, so it's fun to watch their frustration.

I then looked at Irisdina who had a sad expression for what she was doing and Alicelotte who was looking down.

I decided to stop to put an end to this.

I threw towards the wall the bruised remains of Klein and out of a side hatch he emerged, after falling very comically to the floor and vomiting I addressed a few last words to him.

"It seems that the great heir to the principality is very weak, isn't it? Maybe all aristocrats are this weak and conceited, at this rate this country will sink because of you hahahahahaha."

As I laughed harder and harder I could feel a very strong pang in my neck. For some reason, I wanted to torture and humiliate him more.

My eyes got very wet and I felt very happy all of a sudden.

Then like a cat I used my index finger to gently tap him like a pingpong ball.

The referee told me to stop and disqualified me declaring Klein the winner, but I didn't care.

I wanted to humiliate him more.

I wanted to make this smug aristocrat suffer more.

Suddenly a thought crossed my mind.

(I can really take over this country with Ixion, can't I?)

(If this is what the strongest mobile knights are like, it might not be difficult at all to take over this country).

Such a thing flashed through my mind and then wanted to come out of my mouth.

I looked at Klein who was crying like a child while with his snot in his mouth he begged for forgiveness.

"Hey, Ixion what do you think if-"

Just as I was about to say that, I heard a voice.

"STOP YOUR MISDEEDS IN THIS INSTANT!!!"

After hearing that, I stopped my hand and fingers stopped playing with Klein who looked like a bloated puffer fish.

"What the heck was he doing?"-I asked myself as I was sweating in fright at the strange things I was thinking.

I turned to the voice to thank him, but saw no one...downstairs.

Then Ixion pointed out to me that there was someone at the highest point of the coliseum.

With a dumb expression I said.

"The masked knight?"

Just standing there was a fuchsia-colored mobile knight in weird clothes, something resembling long sleeves on his arms and some sort of long skirt that showed off his front.

After making everyone see him. He took a big leap from up there to here.

"Are you crazy, that's over fifty meters high, not even Battler would withstand that speed without getting hurt!

Ixion yelled at me after hearing that.

"Why are you talking like my little guy is some random like modern weapons?!"

I ignored him and concentrated on how this guy was falling at high speed.

Then a big light shone from that guy as he fell and stopped several feet in the air. He seemed to float from where he was to the sand floor.

I then asked him in surprise.

"Who the hell are you!"

And he answered me.

"I'm the hero these people wanted!!!"

I was left with an "Huh?" At his response.
