Understanding who a true leader really is, was a little complicated at first. During the first years I was inaugurated as the General of the Army, I barely knew what it means to be a leader and had no idea of the responsibilities that were on my shoulders.

I thought being the strongest was all to it. But, I realized after few years of ruling that the strongest weren't the most capable of leading.

A very powerful leader who lacks quick decision making skills is as good as useless. A person who can't choose to kill or spare his adversaries right before the battle begins, is unfit to be a leader.

"I really expect much from his (Hiroshi's) son." I said inwardly, as I gulped down a glass of wine.

Come to think of it, today's the day I give my verdict on the latest proposal of a freshman.
