Chapter 29: End Game 1

With the metal rod that one of them held in his hands, he hit Mr. Thompson hard on the right leg.

Causing him to lose balance so that he would quit struggling with them while they continued their mission with ease as they had been ordered to.

After they had finished robbing him, they fled into different directions as Mr. Thompson lay on the ground screaming in pain.

Mr. Thompson didn’t show up at school for three whole months after that.

Richard was finally satisfied that the threat was gone.

He thought that the man got scared and left the school.

It turned out that they had broken the bone a little above his ankle, destroying a muscle which prevented him from walking properly.

That eventually led to the permanent limp in Mr. Thompson's right foot.

Also, the important documents he had earlier were for the custody of his child.
