He opened Jueyin Pericardium Channel of Hand. It is a meridian that correspond with Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian of

He also opened the Taiyang Bladder Channel of Foot

A meridian that increase one overall health among other benefits in opening this meridian

It is after he opens all twelve that there is a special notification that popped out in front of his face

It is the information on to open Qijing Ba Mai or the Eight Extraordinary meridians

The practitioner must also open the Eight Extraordinary Meridians.

It could only be opened after all twelve meridians is opened. Before that the system would not release the requirement on how to open the Eight Extraordinary Meridians.

These eight extra meridians differ from the standard twelve organ meridians in that they are considered to be storage vessels or reservoirs of energy and are not associated directly with the internal organs

They also act as reservoirs of Qi and blood for the twelve regular channels, filling and emptying as required and circulate essence of energy around the body because they have a strong connection with the kidneys

They help circulate the defensive Wei Qi over the trunk of the body and, as such, play an important role in maintaining of good health and they provide further connections between the twelve regular channels

Qi Jing Ba Mai [Eight Extraordinary Meridian]

Conception Vessel (Ren Mai) [SEALED]- The Conception Vessel represents our resources in life, and the resources we received in very early childhood in bonding with our mother. It can be fostering the process of birth, be it that of a child, a creative idea, or an endeavor. Ren involves bonding, nurturing, protection and love of self.

When it is healthy, Qi can expand vertically and horizontally, spiraling out in an energetic cocoon of Wei Qi that protects from external negative energy, diseases and any harmful. If the Dai Mai is dysfunctional the “belt” tightens, and leads to a “stuck” condition, an energetic split between the body top and bottom. Unlike the other meridian, it seems that Li Xin had to satisfy certain condition before he could access the information on how to breakthrough of the Qi Jing Ba Mai

Of course, this is just his assumption. It might also mean that he must seek the way of opening this method by himself.

He then looks at his weapon and armor. Both of these window is empty as he did not equip any weapon in that slot.

He of course has weapons like Sharp Sword. But when he tries to put it in the Weapons slot, the system did not allow it.

It seems that to be qualified as a weapon that the system approves, it might be a powerful weapon or weapon with history or unique abilities.

As for armor, he did not buy any armor nor did he craft any armor. But, he is thinking about it right now.

As for items windows, the item window only has ten slot capacity. And there are only four items in his Item slot.

There is [Healing Pill] [Detoxifying Pill] and [Inner Energy Restoration Pill]. He likened it to quick button.

But as for now, there is never yet a battle that could force him to use the pills that he put in the item slot.

And then he looks at the money and there is a smile on his face.

‘I am rich’ he mutters as he chuckles a bit.

He has 3300 Ding 756 Liang and 50 Wen. This is why he believes that while this is the Tang dynasty, it is not the Tang dynasty of his world.

Tang dynasty did not use the term Ding, Liang and Wen for their currency instead they used Kai Yuan Tong Bao.

What he knew is that the Huangchao Rebellion has already ended. He is quite sure of this. He might be in a month earlier from where he plays the game.

Of course, he also knew that he is at the end of the Tang dynasty. Zhu Wen is about to kill the Emperor, and the fight for the deer is about to begin

Warlords would rise. Still, there is time. The Five Dynasties and Ten kingdoms did not yet appear but Li Xin is quite confident that the major players are already making moves

Zhu Wen is at the Capital; this is the founder of Liang later known as Later Liang. Li Keyong in Taiyuan, the founder of Tang, later known as Later Tang

These people are the ones that would later rise. Of course, there is many other but this is the one that affect the stability of Tang dynasty right now

Li Xin however did not care much. Whether they wanted to rebel or usurp, that is their business. Surviving is hard enough, there is no need for him to get involved in this.

Of course, if he is strong enough, he does not mind in participating.

There must be a lot of rewards that he could get by participating in the war. But, he is not interested in things like making the Tang prospers or saving the falling Tang dynasty.

Firstly, he doesn’t really think he has the strength. Unless he is a grandmaster, he could not affect many of the affairs of the world

Even if he has the power, the decline of the Tang dynasty is not something that he alone could stop. There is corruption and there is evil

Li Xin did not live here but this is progress. From the ashes of this fallen dynasty, they will be more improvement. The wheel of history moves forward.

Li Xin had no desire of imparting modern knowledge.

Humans especially the Tang people who is very warlike, would use the technology not to better the live of the peasantry instead it would be used to kill people.

Li Xin had read so many novels about when a protagonist goes to the past. he also reads a few web novels made in China.

There is a lot of those after China got nuked.

But, from what he reads, the Chinese people seems to view any other people other than their race as untrustworthy and barbaric. It is the same way the Romans views any other culture than theirs.

And while the Romans did integrate most of the cultures in their Empire in the later years, the Chinese dynasty had always had this distrust over foreigners other than during the time of Tang dynasty.

It is quite inclusive

So, there is no need for him to give or share anything. Knowing that if he does share it, it might not bring the results he wants.

But, Li Xin does want to try something. He wanted to try to save Emperor Zhaozhong. He wanted to see whether he could change the future.

That and the fact that such an event is probably going to be filled with heroes and villains. He had also planned to reap a lot of rewards

‘Right now, all those things are still too far away from me’ he thought to himself.

Author Note

Li Keyong- Li Keyong (October 24, 856 – February 24, 908) was a military general and politician of Shatuo ethnicity, and from January 896 a Prince of Jin (Jin Wang), which would become an independent state after the fall of the Tang dynasty in 907 to its general Zhu Wen, founder of the Later Liang dynasty.

Li served as a provincial military governor during the late Tang period and was an instrumental figure in the development of a Shatuo base of power in what is today's Shanxi Province. His son Li Cunxu (Emperor Zhuangzong), a child of his concubine Lady Cao, would succeed him as Prince of Jin and eventually become the founder of the Later Tang dynasty in 923.

Emperor Zhaozhong - Emperor Zhaozong of Tang (March 31, 867 – September 22, 904), formerly known Li Jie, name later changed to Li Min and again to Li Ye, was the penultimate emperor of the Tang Dynasty.

He reigned from 888 to 904 (although he was briefly deposed by the eunuch Liu Jishu in 900 and restored in 901).

Zhaozong was the seventh son of Emperor Yizong of Tang and younger brother of Emperor Xizong of Tang. Later Li Jie was murdered by Zhu Wen, the Later Liang ruler who overthrew the Tang dynasty.

During Emperor Zhaozong's reign, the Tang Dynasty fell into total disarray and rebellions, which had been ongoing since the reign of his older brother Emperor Xizong, as they erupted throughout the country while the imperial government's authority effectively disappeared.

In the midst of all this, Emperor Zhaozong tried to salvage the dying dynasty. However, his efforts to reassert imperial power generally backfired, as his unsuccessful campaigns against Li Keyong, Chen Jingxuan, and Li Maozhen, merely allowed them to re-affirm their power. Eventually, the major warlord Zhu Quanzhong seized control of the imperial government and in 904 had Emperor Zhaozong killed as the prelude of taking over the Tang throne.

Zhu also killed many of Emperor Zhaozong's ministers, including the chancellor, Cui Yin. Zhu then placed Zhaozong's 13-year-old son as a puppet emperor (as Emperor Ai). By 907, Zhu himself took over the throne, ending Tang and starting a new Later Liang. Emperor Zhaozong's reign lasted almost 16 years and he was buried in Heling. He was 37 when he died.
