I stood still on blue gut. My glowing sword still dripping from the slime blue gut. I looked at the monster that stood about five feet from me. Smoke coming out of its nostrils. Its face was long, with a long nose that might be from my elbow to my shoulder.

And the damn thing was transparent, allowing me to see its disgusting inside. but I have seen worse that it. It screamed as loud as it could — presumably calling for its friends. But I needed to hurry with this or I was done.

I looked above my head and there was still a four hovering on top. Which made my anger bubbling inside me. I needed to level up if I was to survive another day. Looking at my life, I was remaining with my last one.

Maybe I needed alliances I can trust. Because the bastards I have been working with have done nothing but just protect me for a while. I needed friends I can trust with my life. But it was not easy to find such in the game full of thieves.

“I’m sorry about these Hives, but I need to survive as well,” I spoke and went running towards the Hive standing five feet from me.

But the damn bastard didn’t hold on, it came running as it still called its friends. And the way it run I was surprised because it was using its stomach and no legs. Weird creep. I slid on the wet floor as a way of dodging its punch.

Then I retrieved my gun and pressed the trigger, blue let left the gun and slammed into its neck. It lifted a good three feet from the ground and then I rolled as it come and slammed its stomach on the floor.

Before I did anything else, it slapped me with its wet hand and went sliding on the floor and at some point; I swear some of the gut went into my mouth.

Standing up, one of its ball shaped liquid that was just to keep me busy as it came running toward me hit me and then slapped me again. I went flipping in the air and then slammed into the wall.

“I didn’t sign up for this,” I spoke as I touched my cracked ribs. I pressed at my ear and my helmet covered me. Looking on top of my head, I realized I needed to beat the living hell out of it if I was to see yet another day.

“That bastard will have to pay me more than he is paying me for this,” I spoke and went running towards it. Dodging and ducking every disgusting crap it sent at me.

Then I put back my gun and withdraw my dagger as I jumped to stab the only part of it that will die. But instead of its heart, I stabbed its neck again. Dammit. It shock but I stabbed it hard. Using my free hand, I took out my sword and empaled its heart.

Then I let go of the dagger and landed on the ground with a super man pause. It screamed even louder as its heart glow even brighter. If its friend were to hear, they probably heard it now.

“Sorry. It’s nothing personal, but I need to survive as well,” I spoke and brought my armour on — protecting me from the gut that splashed everywhere we stood.

The whole place was covered with pieces of Hives. But mostly there was gut because I killed three of them, two burst after I stubbed their hearts and one I just decapitated the damn thing. It was an opening space. It used to be closed until they opened it. Making it look more like a wrestling area.

And I was to see the rest of their houses from here. They all looked like beehives. No wonder they are called hives. But they were far away from where I stood.

I walked to the growing diamond at the center of the place. I took it and stashed it in my pouch. Looking up, I saw a five hovering on top and the hearts have moved from one to three. That can last me for a while.

But then the damn alarm chose that moment to go off. I saw swarms of the Hives coming my way. I need to get the hell out of this place as soon as possible.

I looked around, but the only place was jumping off their arsenal and run for dear life. How I wish I had some powers to use for teleportation?

I jumped, not even thinking about the fact that it would take about twenty people of my size to reach the top. I landed on the ground with a flip and carried on running for dear life.

“Calling all units, we have an intruder. The human thief stole our Quire diamond!” I heard someone shouting.

Crap.

I went running through their houses. Trying to hide from their face as often as I could. Then I stopped as I saw two of them coming my way. I sighed and then went shooting at them. Before they knew what was happening, I went running past them.

I then jumped from the only gateway I saw. Went failing from planet Hive until I landed on the spaceship with a sigh of relief.

“I have been calling for back up you idiot,” I shouted at the man that drove the ship. He turned, and I saw he was not human.

He had a body with green light dots in his head that was about twice my size. And his noise wasn’t there actually, which made me wonder how he breathed or any of his friends.

“I’m not a wizard to just disappear and appear where I want to be at will, human,” he spoke with a hoarse voice as I took my seat on the other chair. “Let’s hope you got what lord Neptune wanted. That diamond is wealth a lot more than the life inside this stupid body of yours,” he spoke, but didn’t look at me as he drove through space.

“Have you looked in the mirror?” he just furrowed his eyebrows. “Anyway, what do you mean, this diamond is worth a lot of money? Isn’t your lord keeping it as some sort of treasure or something?”

He smirked at me, then turned to his driving. “Only a stupid person would keep the diamond Human. Our planet will get a lot of coins by selling of the diamond,” he spoke.

Them my heart thumped like hell after hearing what he just said. I looked at where we were. He was driving the space ship at hyper-speed. Making it impossible for me to go ahead with my plan.

But I needed to do this. It was going to cost me. But it was also going to help me lever up to a higher level that will give me access to enter Xenda’s game.

The space was colorful at some planet level. Just beautiful and fascinating. Still don’t know how I got here, but I was happy to be here.

“Whatever is going through that small human brain of yours, you better not do it,” he spoke in a warning tone.

But my mind was made up. “Sorry for putting you into this position ugly,” I smirked at him.

We have other things we need to attend to. But I was relieved because he mentioned nothing about the infinite stone of mischief. Which means they touched nothing that belongs to us.The food they brought us just sat there ever since they brought it. They were near, and we needed to hurry the hell up.But Talon was already working on something with the forks he got from our food. I wonder why they even thought it best

I had to give it to Talon; I mean, to be able to pass through a place like this with a fault spaceship was something else. The king we just escaped from was now following us behind because he wanted to take us to Maggie’s father. In my camera I managed to see the king smiling at me, it was like he was able to see me. But I didn’t see the creature I was fighting back there, he might have left that goddamned thing. Which was an added advantage.“Trevor, are you sure about this?” Maggie asked as I walked on the roof of the ship. “You know we can just be here and try something else, right? We can’t fight them all, we just need to be smart about it,” she suggested.I pointed my gun at the ship with the king, “this is me been smart about it,” I told her and fired. Then went running as their ship got closer, then jumped on top before they got their ship to a stable state.Jumped from side to side to

Then I put on my armour and helmet. Then walked to the door as she landed the ship in a dust place. It looked like a desert. No sign of water or anything apart from sand. I wonder how I always end up in such places. Stupid planets.I looked at Twelve who I noticed was looking at me. Worried. Was this how he was programmed? To be all nice to anyone he meets. The drones did an amazing job at that, and the prisoners came in hands.Overall, our work was reduced. Finally, we reached the gate and with just one touch at the screen that hovered in the air, Talon opened the gate and we found them waiting outside on my ship.“You are safe, my beautiful Ive. They didn’t touch, did they?” I spoke as I entered my ship. They all just looked at me. Questionably. But there was nothing to be surprised about this. People name their things all the time.“Let’s just go before they come here,” I spoke and went to sit at the drivers sit.“I will not allow you to drive us. I will take the lead. You just follow.
