Emily was left in awe. She can’t believe that his grandfather can forget about her existence easily as if they were not related by blood. Lord Wesley can throw away all of that if she dares to disobey him.

“Isn’t that too much, Grandpa? Do you want me to sacrifice my own happiness by marrying a man I don’t love?” she asked in disbelief.

Lord Wesley just hissed. He doesn’t give a damn care at all. “What do you know about love, Emily? If you marry the grandson of the Bale family, I’m sure you will be the happiest girl alive,” he tried to persuade her.

However, it seemed that it didn’t affect the woman. She was mad and disappointed at the same time. “Why am I even asking you about my happiness? You never considered it nor asked for my opinion since I was a child, right?” she backfired.

His grandfather was furious. He wants to hit her for being rude but is just restraining himself. “How dare you talk to me like that? Is that what you get by hanging out with that man?” he was blaming Leon.
