Feeling Safe In Your Arms

 It was a surprise, but this crazy girl made him feel better. And she was the second person to make him cry to the satisfaction of his heart trying to comfort him at the same time. 

However, Yu Bin was the first person to cry for him, not because of him. He was ok now. 

The pain subdued.

" Longwei go down please."

"Immediately, master,"   Longwei said and went down

Because of the deep sadness that she felt and because of the crying, Yu Bin got extremely tired and somehow fell asleep in Xian Chen's arms. Strangely enough, Xian Chen's arms around her were feeling so comfortable. She never felt this comfortable and safe in her life. She was having such a big bed, a big room, and lots of guards on every door but she never felt so safe as she was feeling now.

Once down, Xian Chen took Yu Bin in his arms and entered the castle.

Ming Fang was in the living room, so she showed him the way to Yu Bin's room. Putting her on the bed, he sat down on the floor and looked at her. She was very beautiful. Thinking about what happened up there, a warm feeling warmed his heart and Xian Chen fell asleep without realizing it. It was well known that Xian had insomnia, but tonight he fell asleep so quickly and only woke up late in the morning.

Maybe it's because Yu Bin held his hand all night, or maybe it's because she put the blanket over him, or maybe it's because someone unexpectedly cried for him tonight, or maybe it's all in one place.

Nobody knows exactly, but what we do know is that Xian Chen overslept and that was a miracle.

"Good morning Xian Chen"

"Good morning Yu Bin..."

*I fell asleep?*  he thought in surprise. How is that possible?

"How are you, Xian Chen? Does your body hurt ?"

" I'm ok," he said seriously and confused

"Are you sure? you don't look very good"

"I'm fine, don't worry. Maybe it's because I just woke up. How are you feeling now?"

"I am fine now…Xian Chen ?!"

"Yes ?"

"I just wanted to let you know ... If you want to talk to someone, I'm here to listen. No matter what, I'm ready to listen to everything you want to say. 

"Thanks," Xian Chen said, smiling warmly.  It was a good feeling to wake up and see someone worried for you, who is ready to listen to your heart's content. 

Knock* Knock*

There was a knock on the door and Ming Fang came in to help Yu Bin with her morning routine.

"Yu Bin ?! I have a difficult question ...."

"What's wrong Ming Fang?!"

"How are you going to take a bath and get dressed?"

"umm ....." Yu Bin hummed not knowing what to do and her face turned redder and redder.

"Just put a carpet between us, what's so hard to think about. Don't worry, I'm not interested in you." Xian Chen said, trying his best to make his heart not rush, knowing that if he lets his heart do what she wants Yu Bin will feel it too.

"you ..."  she said nervously 

"Why are you nervous now? Should I be interested in you?"

"Why would I want you to like me? I'm not interested in you either." Yu Bin answered, her face suddenly red like a tomato.

After it was decided to put a carpet as a wall between the two, Ming-Fang helped Yu Bin take a bath and put clothes on while Xian Chen took a shower and got dressed.

"Let's go, we need to meet with master,"  Yu Bin said, and dragged Xian Chen after her.

After everything that happened in the morning, starting with her looking at Xian Chen's face and ending with a bath together, she didn't dare stay with him for a moment.

"Yu Bin, let's ride the  swords, it will be faster."

"I don't know how to ride a sword ...and… I don't have a sword "

"you do not know? How is it possible that kids our age and younger than us know how to ride it, but you don't? and why is it that you don't have a sword, everyone has one"

"Umm"

" and you are calling yourself a princess ?"

"I'm not calling myself a princess,  I am a princess"

"a spoiled princess. Come I will take you on my sword..."

"No way, I will not stay in your arms...."

After thinking for a while Xian Chen took out his book and called out to Longwei. 

"Is it good now ?"

" Yes. Yu Bin said blushing, remembering what happened the night before. "

After riding  Longwei they didn't take much time to arrive at the master house. 

"Hi guys, how are you today?" Bao Fang asked while smirking. 

"Stop doing that,"   Xian Chen says, annoyed.

"Ok, sorry. Yu Bin, how are you ?"

"Master, when will you teach me how to fly with a sword? huh, huh?"

" You're not ready yet."

"I'm not ready?"

"Yes"

"How am I not ready? Kids my age are already experts at this. They always show what they can do and I can't show   anything."

"First, from the things I know you don't have a sword, and thinking about what happened last time I believe it's very hard and almost impossible to find a sword for you. And if  you want to fly, just tell me, and I'll take you up in the sky."

"Oh, will you take me whenever I want?"

"Yes."

"Even if it's midnight?"

"Even if it's midnight, midday, a sunny day, a rainy day when you're happy, sad, whenever you want."

"Then .... are you taking me now?"

"Hm?!...hm."

" Yeahhhhh, great," Yu Bin said, her eyes shining with happiness. 

A wide smile was plastered on her face and she hurried her master out forgetting that she is tied with someone. 

"You crazy girl, how are you thinking about flying when we are tied together? "

"Master, can we ride the sword please ?"

"Xian Chen, can you do it?"

"Why do we need to do everything she wants?"

"Because I'm the princess?" Yu Bin says grinning at him.

"...."

"Let's go, Yu Bin, I will carry you, Xian Chen, try to keep up with us. Take it like training. 

"yaiiiiii"

"Master, wouldn't it be easier if I carry her ?"

"No way, I will not ride with you," Yu Bin said, turning red again.

"Well, we don't have a choice. I will take her, Xian Chen, do your best in keeping up"

Bao Fang unsheathed her sword, grabbed Yu Bin in her arms, and flew up. 

Everything looked so great up there. They could see how clean the river was. 

They could see trees and flowers, and nature looked so beautiful.

"Master ..."

"Hm?"

"It's so beautiful ..." Yu Bin said, looking down at everything.

"I can't stop looking at it, it's so beautiful and magical, isn't it master?"

"Yes, it is!" Master Bao Fang, looked tenderly behind her. 

Yu Bin's long hair fluttered like magic and her smiling face captured Bao Fang's heart.

"I wish I could learn to fly. After I learn to fly, I will take you with me to show you the magic of our world."

"Um, one day."

" Why not now ?" Yu Bin said, leaning slightly on Bao Fang's chest.

"That's a secret." Bao Fang said, whispering in her ear.
