CHAPTER EIGHTY NINE.

“Boss, the whole place is empty. I don’t think Alvanon brought her here” Ashley announced as he walked up to Nick.

The latter leaned on his car as he puffed smoke outbid his lungs. He wasn’t a usual smoker but situations like this always made him want to smoke.

“Did you ask the locals?” He asked after a while and Ashley nodded.

“Yes boss, no one has seen them in a while”

“Okay, let’s get going”

His phone beeped, calling his attention and when he saw that it was his assistant, he immediately pressed the receive button.

“Tell me”

“Everything have been arranged boss, we are waiting for your arrival”

“Okay then”

He disconnected the call as he closed his eyes. Alvanon wanted him to make a public apology right? A good show was about to begin.

“Let’s go” he ordered Ashley and they moved. Nick was like a ticking time bomb and Alvanon was the one who was going to suffer for his actions.
