After a few hours of traveling, there was a strange tension between us.

A Blizzard storm was just around the corner.

We spotted a nearby cave as the temperature dropped.

Seizing the opportunity, we found ourselves closer than we should have, considering the fact that we had just met.

That evening will forever be carved in my memory. I had never experienced anything quite like it before. It was surreal.

Somehow, I ended up falling asleep in the end in that cave but I woke up inside a pool, struggling to stay alive.

The most surprising part was that the water in the cave wasn't cold at all. It was like a bizarre dream.

That's when my eyes fell on a gleaming cyan crystal, but that was the least of my concern.

All that mattered to me was to get out of the water.

But to make matters even stranger, the guy who had brought me to the cave had disappeared without a trace. He and his car were nowhere to be found.

It was as if he had vanished into thin air. I brushed it off as a one-night stand
