101 – A Believer

“Sorry.” With tears still flowing and trembling hands, Cody pressed the bomber skill.

In just a few seconds, the zombie shell that wrapped Randy’s body exploded into pieces.

Cody couldn’t even see the remains of Randy’s body because it was so destroyed.

“Oh, I’m glad this is it.” Zeno said again. “You did it without hesitation.”

Cody kneeled down with his breath becoming wild. Then he screamed. “Argh!”

He kept screaming until his voice became hoarse. Randy was not only innocent, but he was a good person who this world needed.

And Cody had finished him to gain greater power, to erase that feeling of helplessness.

Questions came back into his head. Was this really worth it? What if Randy could make this world a better place?
