104 – Positive Feelings

One day after returning from Jane’s place, Cody sat on the bench while watching Stella and Helena, who were teaching some new members. So far, the fake Stella had done her job well and showed nothing suspicious.

Cody hoped it would continue as long as possible.

Not long after, Gwen came to Cody while carrying a white ice cream cone.

“This...” That took aback Cody. Because there were so many things he had to take care of, he couldn’t always monitor the activities of his members.

Gwen smiled, then sat down near Cody. “Well, one of the new guys used to be an ice cream maker.”

Cody looked at Gwen, enjoying that thing, then he enjoyed it himself. He could still taste the sweet, cold, and vanilla flavors on his tongue. However, he still detected a difference, even though he didn’t know what it was exactly.

“So, when are you going to King’s place, Cody?” Gwen’s expression became more bitter. Since returning home, Cody had not discussed that.

“We’ll raid Akira’s Community first.” Cody explain
