Many magical beasts of different types, shapes, and species could be seen following and all around Lu Shang. Some were small enough to ride on the back of a human; some could fly in the sky through sheer magic power alone and wings; others were large enough that it would take multiple people to hold them down while they were killed. But there was one type, however, that was even more dangerous than these others: the berserkers.

The berserker was an aberration born out of pure rage. It was a creature whose very existence was born from its hatred for humans. In order to satisfy this hatred, the berserker was given powerful strength and the ability to regenerate itself. However, they also possessed a strong sense of self-preservation, so their behavior was unpredictable and random.
