CHAPTER 101.

"Go back dear, I'll be back soon." Kendrick said as he closed the door.

Outside the sprawled out mansion, Kendrick hastened towards the car, his hands swinging in the air as he moved.

"Hey .. get into the car, and take me downtown,.. I'm heading somewhere very important." He said to Brown who was lingering by the side of the vehicle.

"Okay sir." Brown responded as he hurried to open the car door for Kendrick to enter.

Kendrick moved into the car, leaning on the owner's seat, and they sped out of the compound.

Some minutes later, they arrived at the Countyside police Headquarters, and Kendrick rushed out, walking straight into the main office.

An officer walked up to him and greeted him with a knowing smile. It was inspector Thud.

"You're welcome sir… what brings you to my office today?" Thud asked.

"I'm told some ladies were brought here earlier today.. Haven't you heard of the recent happenings, or are you saying you're not aware?"
