Chapter 16

Adrian walked in and took in the environment. The room he went inside was like the receptionist room with a large barricaded area housing two people as receptionists, both in plain blue uniforms with nose masks and gloves.

The area was a little bit crowded than he'd expected and also more arranged than what he imagined a morgue would be. He glanced at Blinks who acted like he didn't know him and headed down to sit at the waiting chairs where people sat.

He stood for a second unable to determine what to do next. He glanced at the receptionist table then at the waiting chair. He was unsure whether to just skip everyone at the waiting chair or he should just sit down in line like them.

The issue was he didn't know what they were waiting for, he shrugged and just went to the receptionist. “Good evening,” he said as it was already seventeen hundred hours.
