Chapter 25

Leon stared down at rhem with icy eyes and the men, who were still unconscious, trembled in fright and tried to crawl backward, but there was no strength left in their arm to do so.

“We are merely hired fighters. We were just acting on orders!” They quickly cried out when Leon began walking towards them.

Leon, who had no intention of doing anything else to them, looked away from them and settled it on Gavin.

“What part of, I didn’t kill your son, do you not understand?”

“You were the last person my son was with and you have every reason to kill him. Do you take me as a fool?” Gavin gritted his teeth in annoyance and anger.

Leon looked away from him and turned around to leave, but paused and shrugged without glancing back at him, “Whether you believe me or not is none of my business.”

“I came here to make that clear. Furthermore, since Kevin is now dead, it is no longer my intention to go ahead with the bet I made with him.”

Then he continued on his way out.
