After some minutes a cave soon came to their view. It was standing in the middle of the desert, caked in so much dust that no one would have noticed the cave was even there. Allen would have asked what the next step was but he thought against it. The girl he had been arguing with lately had been through so much than him. He couldn't afford to make her feel bad after hearing her story. It would be inhumane if he did something like that.

Allen sneaked a glance at her and saw that her expression had turned normal. She didn't even look like someone who had suffered so much. She looked as if nothing in this world could shake her and that made Allen impressed. The young woman was strong, even stronger than him.

"You once asked how I knew this area," Mary Jane said as she stepped on the brake slowly. "It's because I once lived with my family in that dilapidated street. The last street before we entered into the barren land with so much thorns."
