The commissioner's smirk lingered as he watched the policemen enter his office and then he wasted no time in giving them a direct order to apprehend Adonis and Jesse. "Seize him!" he ordered, his tone laced with malice.

However, as the policemen exchanged uneasy glances, a collective uncertainty settled over them. This was no ordinary situation; they were facing the prince of the city, the future king, and their hearts trembled at the thought of confronting him.

One of the officers, looking hesitant, turned to the commissioner and asked, "Sir, what exactly has the prince done to warrant such action?"

The commissioner's impatience grew, and he hammered on his command, this time with more authority. "I said seize him!"
