Counterattack

The sun had not yet risen and all the heroes were awake. No one could sleep after all that had happened. There was still a long way to go to finish this war and none of us knew what to do at that moment. The moonlight was the only thing that helped us, at least thanks to it we were not totally dependent on the visibility of the campfire and the torches we were carrying at that moment.

Even though we felt a slight peace, I was quite tired. The combat against those creatures was quite hard for me. Being healed so many times was very bad, it left my body weakened, besides I lost a lot of energy for having used that sword so many times.

I lay down on the ground, I could no longer stay awake. I just looked to the south of this place. I tried to be attentive to any movement of the enemy army and not let fatigue overcome me easily.
